The Director of Training & Development leads a small team and is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of all training initiatives for the Rare Renal division focused on rare and ultra‑rare diseases. This role ensures that field teams and internal stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in a highly specialized and rapidly evolving therapeutic landscapes.
