Director Commercial Finance

• Lead and orchestrate the annual operating plan (AOP) process for the regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth priorities.

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the senior leadership team by providing forward-looking financial insights, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations for monthly leadership meetings, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly operational reviews.

• Evaluate and optimize revenue channels, commercial investments, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitable growth.

• Drive product profitability and margin expansion initiatives , partnering with commercial and operational leaders to improve pricing strategies, product mix, and cost structures.
