Job Description
Responsibilities Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and safety practices Track and drive performance metrics such as efficiency, productivity, scrap, and on-time delivery Ensure proper release of finished goods by validating quality prior to shipment Analyze production issues and deploy corrective actions Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards (quality and safety) Provide reporting, insights, and escalation of key issues to leadership Implement continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5 S Partner with cross-functional teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/production environments Previous leadership experience in a similar role preferred Technical skills
