Director, Client SupportAs the Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic leader of leaders, driving operational excellence and high-touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client-facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world-class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team
Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors
Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support
