Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team; establish clear performance metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals; plan capacity, technology roadmaps, and resource allocation

Oversee PKI infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management, and related systems; adherence to SLAs and Standards

Maintain compliance with operational procedures to support audit readiness; provide oversight of operations team and maintain KRI and KPIs

Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers

Report on operational metrics to leadership; communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Identify inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, tools, and best practices to optimize operations
