What the day will look like
+ Direct and mentor a team of business development support specialist
+ Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and client success.
+ Oversee the end-to-end process of closing new business opportunities, including technical selling and placement with insurers.
+ Partner with senior brokers and growth teams to structure competitive proposals and solutions.
+ Act as a trusted advisor for key clients during the placement process
+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of broking services aligned with client expectations....
