Director Business Development - Remote (prefer the DMV area)

**Position Description & Qualifications**
As **the** **Director of Business Development** , you will lead a high-stakes, end-to-end campaign pursuits designed to continually build capabilities addressing eligibility, identifying & mitigating improper payments, fraud mitigation, auditing, and creating process & personnel efficiencies associated with benefits (health, legal and financial). You’ll collaborate with customers and partners for the must-win pursuits and drive measurable improvements in PWin, pipeline health, and long-range growth for the Benefits Integrity - BPO campaign. This role is for a growth leader who is relentless about outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and can rally teams to win in complex government environments. Your success will be measured by the achievement of 1-, 3- and 5-year tactical objectives that are tied to the creation of a higher quantity of contract wins.
