Director - Business Analytics

In this role, you will lead strategic, data & AI driven initiatives across lead generation, customer insights, sales enablement, operational efficiency and revenue growth initiatives. In this leadership role, you'll guide cross-functional analytics programs from strategy to execution, delivering actionable insights that influence key business outcomes across departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure analytics initiatives are aligned with business goals, while also establishing scalable systems and best practices that raise the organization's analytics maturity.
