Director, Audit, Research, Evaluation and Ethics (AREE) and Chief Audit Executive (CAE)

JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Audit Executive is accountable for the development and management of the internal audit of programs and services of the NCC in order to provide the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (Audit Committee) an independent opinion and level of assurance on the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of NCC operations as well as the adequacy of the NCC’s risk management, control and governance processes.

As Director for Research and Evaluation, the position is accountable for the development and management of the research and evaluation of all programs and services of the NCC in order to provide the CEO and the Executive Management Committee (EMC) with independent and objective, evidence‑based assessments of the performance of programs as well as support decision making with respect to their continued relevance, success and cost effectiveness (value‑for‑money).
