Director, Asia Procurement

The Director, Asia Procurement – Category Sourcing Lead (Technology, AI & Operations Solutions) is a senior regional leadership role responsible for driving strategic sourcing and commercial value across critical categories in Asia. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Manulife partners with key suppliers to enable digital transformation, operational efficiency, and health and longevity‑led initiatives. Managing a highly strategic spend portfolio of approximately USD 100M annually, the role moves procurement upstream from transactional execution to enterprise value enablement. You will work closely with Technology and Business leaders to design scalable commercial models, accelerate delivery, and balance cost, speed, and risk in a regulated environment.
