UNC Health is seeking an experienced nurse leader to serve as Director of Ambulatory GI Endoscopy Services, providing clinical and operational leadership for freestanding outpatient GI endoscopy centers.
This role partners closely with physicians, anesthesia, nursing, and executive leaders to drive quality, safety, patient experience, volume, and financial performance. Key focus areas include endoscopy throughput and scheduling optimization, accreditation and regulatory compliance (AAAHC, CMS), workforce engagement and retention, and continuous quality improvement throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care.
