Director, AI and Innovation Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for product management of 1-3 products depending on scale and complexity.
• Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI‑powered products in collaboration with business owners and cross‑functional teams.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including MVP development, scaling, and continuous refinement through data‑driven decision‑making (technical, adoption and value metrics).
• Oversee product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and impact, while maintaining stakeholder engagement and prioritizing feature development.
• Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to the maintenance phase.
