Director, AI and Experience Orchestration Sales

Role Overview:

As Director of Sales, AI and Experience Orchestration, you will lead a team of specialist overlay sellers responsible for driving sales of Genesys' AI powered customer experience and orchestration capabilities across APAC.

This role is focused on building, coaching, and scaling a high performing AI and Experience Orchestration specialist team that works with and through core Account Executives to influence territory strategies, accelerate deals, and drive AI-led outcomes for customers.
