**_Purpose_**

Leads and oversees IB Digital Agile Delivery in International Banking ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Provides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and supporting the development of our software platforms across IB for our Digital Programs. It will be responsible for leading the agile delivery practice and execution across the IB Digital portfolio, removing team impediments, promoting self-management, and continuously improving our work standards....
