The Role

A prime opportunity for an accomplished bilingual mortgage broker to succeed to an established loan book with the excellent prospect for ongoing book expansion. This position is responsible for successfully driving the profitability of MCAP’s commercial lending programs under the direction of the Vice President of Origination and in partnership with the Senior Director and Director of Origination.

The incumbent will with have the benefit of working as part of a dynamic team, alongside the Senior Director and Director, to leverage an existing, established loan book to generate new insured and conventional commercial mortgage opportunities through developing, maintaining, and managing relationships with borrowers, brokers, and other market participants.
