**Payrate:** $17.11 / hr

**Union Dues:** .5% per paycheck

**Shift:** This position will initially provide 1:1 support for a client attending dialysis appointments. The anticipated schedule is full-time, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the employee will be scheduled for 8-hour shifts to assist with staffing needs at other residential locations.
