Direct Support Professionals Needed! Starting pay $19.20/hour. Excellent benefits with 3 weeks vacation in the first year.

The Arc of Litchfield County, Inc. (LARC), is seeking professional, kind, caring, creative, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in their Independent Housing Support Program.  

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, can work independently with little to no oversight, and who can help individuals with I/DD with many of the following tasks: 


+ Meal Prep 

+ Assisting with Household Chores 

+ Bringing them grocery shopping 

+ Bringing them to the Gym 

+ Recreational activities of their choices 

+ Helping develop and improve daily living skill...
