Position Overview: The Direct Support Professional for the College Experience program at The Arc Ontario provides individualized and group support to students with developmental disabilities as they build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and participate fully in campus and community life. This role offers hands‑on assistance in areas such as communication, social engagement, personal care, household management, travel training, academic routines, and vocational exploration, all aligned with each student's individualized service plan.
