Direct Support Professional

Take Another Chance is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team.  The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered supports that help individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. This role includes assisting with activities of daily living , medication administration , transportation , community integration , and the implementation of individualized support plans  while building meaningful relationships with the individuals we serve in a 24-hour awake care residential setting .

No prior DSP experience is required —we provide paid training and certification support for qualified candidates.

Compensation:

• $16.00–$18.00/hour , with starting pay determined based on relevant experience, certifications, transferable skills, and job-related qualifications.
