We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Group Home team in Cabot. This position provides overnight support and care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, structured, and supportive home environment.

The DSP will assist individuals with daily living needs, provide supervision and support during overnight hours, complete required documentation, and help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, medication documentation, light housekeeping, monitoring residents throughout the night, and communicating effectively with staff and supervisors.
