The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

Blue Mountain residence is located on Route 212 in Saugerties, with a beautiful view of the Catskill mountains. The residence is home to six gentleman of varying ages and many different hobbies and interests. Patience, compassion, and a great sense of humor are characteristics we look for in staff as DSPs play a key role in supporting the men in achieving the highest quality of independence within their community....
