**What You’ll Do**

+ Support individuals with **daily living activities** such as personal care, meals, and routines
+ Help develop **social, interpersonal, and adaptive skills**
+ Provide one-on-one, person-centered care in **home and community settings**
+ Follow individualized care plans (ISP) to guide support and progress

**What You Bring**

+ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
+ Experience supporting adults with IDD ( **required** )
