Job Description
The Direct Sales Consultant contacts Maxxia customers to educate them on the benefits of novated leasing. The aim of the role is to increase customer awareness of the prospect of salary packaging a car and qualifying them as a genuine lead which can be converted into car leasing customers.
Bring you contact centre, phone-based sales or collections experience and leverage it into being able manage and convert a portfolio of customers, generating novated leasing sales for the business.Cross-sell new products and services to existing customers efficiently Use provided information to clearly communicate features and benefits of novated leasing and related offerings Conduct outbound calls to employees within targeted employer campaigns using a dialer Work towards agreed KPIs that contribute to overall sales targets Foster and promote a strong sales culture within the Direct Sales team Provide feedback on call centre performa...
