Professional Capabilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a focus on generating leads for IT sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure – hardware, software, storage
- Competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of complex B2B sales/ buying process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential leads over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Familiarity with telesales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
