**Maintenance Mechanic – Direct Hire**
**Location:** Hingham, MA
**Pay:** $30–$35/hour (based on experience) +$1/hour for 3rd shift
**1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
**2nd Shift:** 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
**3rd Shift:** 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
