Responsibilities:


+ Provides assistance to assigned consumers including, but not limited to the following:


+ Assistance with activities of daily living

+ Assisting with ambulation, as applicable

+ Assistance with nutritional and dietary needs

+ Essential household duties

+ Provide for safe and sanitary consumer environment

+ Utilize basic infection control technique and procedures

+ Provide medication reminders as directed by the Service Authorization and/or Care Plan
