Dining Services Manager (Kelowna)

Accountability Objective

The Dining Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of food services within the Residence. This includes meal planning and preparation, staff supervision, inventory and budget management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards. The role is central to delivering a high‑quality dining experience that supports the health and satisfaction of residents.

Background / Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education. Culinary Diploma from a recognized college preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of management experience in a senior living or hospitality setting.
• Red Seal Certification or equivalent international certification.
• Valid and current certifications for safe food handling and responsible alcohol serving.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
