This is a working leadership role, where the successful candidate will actively serve residents while supporting and guiding the server team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead by example in all aspects of dining room service including greeting residents, taking orders, and serving meals.
• Provide on‑shift guidance and coaching to servers and new staff.
• Support the Head Chef with server performance reviews.
• Assign and supervise completion of daily service tasks.
• Troubleshoot service issues and escalating concerns when appropriate.
