Job Description
- Dish preparation: Prepare, cook, and present various dim sum items such as dumplings, buns, and rolls, adhering to recipes and standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Ingredient management: Prepare ingredients like dough, fillings, and sauces, and monitor the quality of raw materials.
- Quality control: Ensure consistency in all dim sum products and perform quality checks on both ingredients and finished dishes.
- Hygiene and safety: Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
