Digitalisation, Automation & AI Analyst Intern

Maxis is looking for a Digitalisation, Automation & AI Analyst Intern (Platform Engineering) to support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the digitalisation of operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support process optimisation initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Assist in developing and implementing automation use cases using tools such as Python, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• Support automation of repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Support AI‑driven initiatives, including analytics, predictive insights, and reporting automation, and leverage data to drive smarter decision‑making.
• Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve operational visibility, ensuring dashboards are accurate, insightful and user‑friendly.
