The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Leader to steer strategic digital initiatives at Michelin in North America. This person will work closely with the Senior Delivery Managers for the IT/IS platform and collaborate directly with the Senior VP ofIT/IS for the North American Region.

The role involves:
• Promoting digital practices and tools within the organization (Business and IS/IT)
• Creating and spreading the conditions of implementation of these practices and tools in the organization (Business and IS/IT)
• Accompanying the implementation and change in behaviors and ways of working 
• Animating and advising communities
