Digital Transformation Junior Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Jr Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes . This role will lead technology delivery and operations for regulated digital banking platforms, serving as a key liaison between technology, business, and compliance stakeholders.

A Day in the Life:

• Serve as the main liaison between product, technology, compliance, and business teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

• Oversee daily operations of digital banking technology systems, ensuring performance, availability, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.

• Drive implementation of cybersecurity controls, incident response, audits, and vendor/SLA management.

• Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable delivery and execution plans.
