Digital System Engineer

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :
• Handle on system support for the engineering applications including software and hardware.
• Provide customer support for new installation of software/hardware and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain the document for customer support and project management.
• Provide technical support to sales staff or pilot project.
• Develop VBA Macro and script as customer request.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : 
•Age : 25 – 30
•Male or Female
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in System Support, IS Support, IT Project Management
• Experience in software provider would be advantage.
• Experience in develop programming such as VBA, Java, Java Script, would be advantage.

• Knowledge of IT Technology: hardware/software, OS, server, storage, network, database and virtual machine.
• Programming such as VBA, Java, Java Script.
