Job Summary You will manage dailyoperations of digital sales for gaming and prepaid products (e.g. PC gamecodes, mobile top-ups, platform wallets). This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and process compliance across sales reporting, order handling, and marketplace operations. Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and support decision-making Process and track digital orders, including code delivery and validation, to ensure timely fulfillment Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records to support invoicing and settlements Monitor transactions to identify and flag failed payments or discrepancies for prompt resolution Handle customer queries...
