The Role

The Digital Production Operations Coordinator supports the operational and financial health of digital asset production. Sitting at the intersection of creative production, vendor coordination, and cost visibility, this role ensures projects stay aligned to scope, budget, and timeline.

You’ll work closely with Digital Asset Production teams (2D & 3D), Project Managers, Sales, and Finance to track production costs, monitor burn rate, support forecasting accuracy, and maintain clean financial reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in digital production, archviz, visualization, and/or animation who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and operational discipline to fast-moving creative production environment.
