Job Description
As the Digital Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end experience of your assigned digital channels, including apps, web, and kiosks, across all African markets. Your role is pivotal in aligning with the Channel Strategy and translating it into an executable product strategy and roadmap. You will partner closely with Design/UX to create a frictionless customer journey, ensuring accessibility and brand standards are met. Additionally, you will oversee channel operations, focusing on reliability, telemetry, and incident response.
- Develop an outcome-based product vision and roadmap, setting measurable OKRs and prioritizing tasks.
- Write clear Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and acceptance criteria, translating customer and commercial needs into actionable requirements.
