WHAT YOU'LL DO

🎨 Product & UX Design

▸ Lead the design lifecycle from conceptualization and discovery through to execution and launch across iOS, Android, and responsive web.

▸ Create user flows, wireframes, customer journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

▸ Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and seamless developer handoff.

▸ Develop pixel-perfect design documentation and specifications for engineering teams.

▸ Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to enhance engagement and usability.

▸ Translate complex system requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces.

▸ Rapidly prototype concepts in Figma, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

▸ Ensure all designs meet Alterna's brand standards and WCAG (AODA) accessibility guidelines.
