The ideal Digital Operations Supervisor has strong leadership and prioritization skills with abilities to manage the end-to-end flow of samples across our Nordstrom and Nordstromrack.com photo studio. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for sample intake, tracking, coordination, and returns — driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of all incoming product samples; ensure sample tracking systems are accurate and up to date, adapting processes as business needs evolve.
+ Recruit, lead, and mentor the sample team, providing day-to-day guidance, task delegation, and coaching to foster a collaborative and productive studio environment.
+ Partner with studio producers and business partners to ensure all samples are transferred and outbound with a high standard of accuracy and care.
