Digital Operations Manager – Shopify Specialist

Our client, Kathmandu, NZ's leading outdoor lifestyle brand, is looking for a high performing Digital Ops Manager with deep expertise in Shopify to bring that expertise in-house. This newly created role will lead and manage the end‑to‑end operational delivery through campaigns, platform execution, product, promotions, and pricing with a global operational lens.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital operations calendar (campaigns, product launches, promos, key trade events)
• Manage and oversee go‑live processes
• Lead a team of specialists, including development, marketing teams, offshore call centre and customer care to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep expertise in Shopify – the most critical purpose of the role
• Proven leadership / coaching ability
• CRM experience (Klaviyo)
