Job Description: AI & Marketing Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Office-based) – View Park Towers
Salary: 60,000 KES (gross) per month and salary increase after probation
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Times: 11:30-20:30 and 10:30-19:30 EAT (UK Timezone)
Reporting To: Head of Operations / Marketing Lead
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Purpose of the Role
The AI & Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) will leverage automation, AI, CRM best practices, and marketing technology to increase consultant productivity, improve recruitment efficiency, and enhance the experience for candidates and clients. This role focuses on maintaining and improving our automation and CRM systems, while supporting marketing campaigns, lead generation, and revenue operations.
