Digital Marketing Specialist

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator who will perform a variety of tasks, from event planning to email campaigns to social media. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You won't be executing someone else's strategy; you'll be creating the strategy alongside our founders.

What You'll Do:

Event Marketing & Logistics (30% of role)

• Research and identify relevant EB-5, immigration, and wealth management conferences/events across the US and Latin America (target: 12-15 events/year)
• Handle all event logistics: registration, Vendor management
• Create event marketing materials: banners, brochures, handouts, giveaways (working with designers or using Canva/Adobe)
