Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing / Performance Marketer with strong experience in Meta Ads lead generation for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that generate high-quality property enquiries at optimized CPL.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Develop and execute real estate lead generation strategies
- Plan audience targeting & retargeting funnels to improve lead quality
- Monitor and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Manage campaign budgeting, scaling, and performance tracking
- Execute property-specific campaigns (villa plots, apartments, gated communities)
- Implement location-based targeting for project catchment areas
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead conversion quality
