Digital Marketing & Media Associate

Role Purpose: This role is responsible for driving BetterTech's digital presence, podcast operations, and go-to-market marketing execution. The person in this role owns the end-to-end podcast workflow, runs all digital marketing activities, manages event partnership deliverables, and supports the affiliate and channel partner program by leveraging executive relationships built through podcast engagement. Core Responsibilities: 1. Podcast Operations & Management: Own all operational and executional aspects of the BetterTech Podcast, including: - Guest identification, outreach, onboarding, and scheduling - Coordination with the podcast host on topics, talking points, and episode alignment - Recording coordination, post-production follow-ups, and publishing - Guest follow-up communications and relationship continuity after episodes - Maintaining a content calendar and ensuring consistent episode cadence 2.
