Responsibilities

• Serve as a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication, with proven expertise in at least two digital marketing channels.
• Create effective copy for marketing campaigns.
• Set up, optimize and manage paid and social campaigns to hit goals; set realistic monthly goals, track results and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop strategies to ensure Qualified Candidates sign up, create free profiles and engage with the site.
• Encourage Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis.
• Grow our social following and increase organic visitors from various search engines.
• Improve re-engagement and onsite stickiness to bring back visitors.
