Urgently looking for a Senior CRM Executive to take hands-on, end to end ownership of the email and lifecycle channel.

What you’ll do
Own the full CRM campaign lifecycle via Klaviyo (build, QA, send, optimise)

Manage the CRM calendar around launches, trading moments and peak periods

Build and optimise lifecycle automations (welcome, post purchase, abandonment, win back)

Develop smart segmentation and personalised content across European markets
