SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced  Digital Marketing Consultant to serve as a consultative resource to key Enterprise-level customers, guiding them through specialized service packages in various domains (e.g. SEO, Social Medial, etc). This position supports customers by delivering competitive analysis and insights, content evaluation, and best practice recommendations as per customer contracts. 

The Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for regularly monitoring performance of their assigned accounts, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for optimization across their assigned Book of Business (BoB).
