Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist (Fashion & Lifestyle)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Banana Sisters' digital marketing and brand strategy.



Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee marketing initiatives.



Create monthly content plans and oversee content production.



Coordinate UGC creators and influencer collaborations.



Plan and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.



Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.



Build an engaged online community and strengthen brand awareness.



Work closely with management to support business growth.



Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce marketing.



Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.



Experience with fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.



Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
