About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager with a Growth Hacking mindset to manage the ad spend for Godrinks.com. You will not be responsible for content creation or design—we have a dedicated in-house creative team of 7 people for that. Your sole focus is distribution: ensuring the right creative reaches the right audience at the right time to drive sales. You will use AI tools to analyze data, optimize bidding, and scale our IDR 50-100M monthly budget.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy: Manage and deploy the monthly budget across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Maps, Display), and TikTok with a strict focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Advanced Segmentation: Build and refine granular audience segments to capture specific demographics in Bali:
- Short-term Tourists: Geo-targeting specific areas (Seminyak, Uluwatu) and intent to travel audiences.
