Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

- Plan monthly content strategy for Instagram + LinkedIn

- Manage posting calendars, captions, and brand tone

- Work with design/content teams to publish output consistently

- Monitor engagement, community response + trend alignment

Performance Marketing

- Create and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns

- Allocate budgets, track ROAS, CPC, CTR, cost per lead

- Analyze data & optimize campaigns weekly for performance
