The AEM Lead is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and architects — translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements for AEM-based solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI teams, and developers to define and design AEM components, templates, and workflows.

Support AEM implementation, configuration, and integration with third-party systems (e.G., DAM, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools).
